GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel operate to maximize sales, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and profit.  The General Manager anticipates the needs and expectations of our owners, customers, and employees by achieving profitability and customer service goals while providing the employees with a positive work environment.  The General Manager is also responsible for achieving business objectives by communicating their brand’s mission and culture.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

The Assistant General Manager’s primary function is to assist the General Manager in meeting and exceeding all goals established for the property and to ensure efficient operation of the property. Sales, profitability and quality goals must be met by developing and executing marketing strategies, controlling costs and providing quality service and product to the customers.

ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER

The Rooms Division Manager’s primary function is to assist the General Manager to ensure efficient operation of the property. This position coordinates with housekeeping and sales while providing attention to guests’ needs.

CATERING SALES AND EVENT MANAGER

The Catering Sales and Event Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in order to produce food and beverage, meeting space, and overnight room block sales and for recording all sales activities in the sales database. This position must maintain good rapport with area community and other local civic groups and companies in order to schedule conventions and business group activities at the hotel and event center and must communicate with meeting/group planners through all stages of booking.

BANQUET MANAGER

The Banquet Manager coordinates scheduled events by providing banquet staff with training and direction at each function to ensure guest satisfaction as well as meeting with department heads to coordinate efforts for scheduled functions. This position is also responsible for inspecting each function room prior to scheduled events, greeting clients prior to the onset of the function, and is present throughout the duration of events to assist in areas where needed.

 FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall direction and success of all food and beverage outlets and the coordination of activities between them, directing and supervising all banquet and restaurant service operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for the planning, directing, and managing the Front Office operations to ensure high quality standards, services and guest satisfaction.

GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for our guests’ experiences at our hotels.  This position includes both directly interacting with guests as well as tracking guest satisfaction surveys, forecasting and reporting on room budgets, and managing labor costs.

CHIEF ENGINEER

The Chief Engineer oversees and directs maintenance duties to ensure that the building and grounds are well maintained, neat in appearance, and safe for guests.

CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER

The Chef / Kitchen Manager oversees and directs all aspects of the kitchen, including the supervision of the kitchen staff.  The Chef / Kitchen Manager works to maximize efficiency in the kitchen and guest satisfaction with food service.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of the front-of-the-house restaurant operations.  This position is responsible for all restaurant transactions as well as staffing, training, and scheduling restaurant associates.  This position is also responsible for cleanliness and organization of restaurant and monitoring food and beverage costs.  The Restaurant Manager also responds to all guest requests and complaints.

The Executive Housekeeper’s primary focus is to achieve the highest quality of cleanliness for the hotel by directing and coordinating the Housekeeping operation in accordance with the standards of the brand.

DIRECTOR OF SALES / SALES MANAGER

The Director of Sales / Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and the overall profitability of the hotel by planning, directing, and controlling the revenue generating activities and sales efforts of the hotel to support sales and profit goals. The Director of Sales / Sales Manager coordinates service activities related to the sales function in accordance with the standards of their brand.
