REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING – FLORIDA, OHIO, SOUTH CAROLINA, & TEXAS
With over 20 years of hotel experience, Lori supports a region currently comprised of Hilton and Marriott branded properties in Florida, Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas. With hotel marketing and sales as her focus, Lori is involved in eCommerce, development, resource allocation, hotel acquisitions and openings. She adds value to the entire Emerald portfolio by cultivating relationships and partnerships with targeted national organizations.
Currently, Lori is responsible for driving revenue and market share results for her region. In this role, Lori maximizes the value of each asset by providing strategic direction to the teams and overseeing sales tactics at the ground level. From the corporate perspective, Lori is involved in eCommerce, development, resource allocation, hotel acquisitions and openings. Prior to her partnership with Emerald, Lori cultivated her hospitality knowledge in a variety of leadership roles including Director of Catering & Convention Services, Director of Sales and General Manager with Marriott International as well as Starwood branded properties. She has been recognized by the Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau as Sales Pro of the Year.
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING – NEW ENGLAND & NEW YORK
Jeanne is responsible for the sales efforts for Emerald Hospitality hotels in New England and New York. Jeanne is able to balance the demands of multiple properties, management companies and owners in a productive fashion. Her passion for sales and hospitality marketing as well as her strength in operations helps her create effective and rewarding sales systems resulting in successful and profitable hotels. She works to nurture a productive, profitable culture among the sales teams using the coaching and mentoring skills attained in her extensive hospitality career.
REGIONAL REVENUE MANAGER
Stacy joined Emerald Hospitality in 2017, bringing nearly 20 years of hotel experience with Hilton, Choice, and Radisson branded properties. Stacy has held numerous positions in the hospitality industry, including Guest Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Revenue Management. Stacy has a passion for Revenue Management. As a Director Revenue Management, Stacy has been nominated for Revenue Manager of the Year twice and won the honor in 2008 for assisting her properties in excellent year-over-year market share gains. Currently, Stacy is responsible for driving revenue and market share results for Hilton-branded hotels in both regions of Emerald as the company expands countrywide.
