Brian McFadden


Brian joined Emerald Hospitality in 2011 following 6 years with National City and PNC bank as a Financial Analyst.  In that role, he oversaw the financial and commission accounting function of the bank’s insurance agency.   As Controller, Brian supports all phases of Emerald’s Centralized Accounting system through financial management for the entire Emerald portfolio.   Monthly profit and loss statements, management of the accounts payable process and annual budgets are a sampling of Brian’s responsibilities.  Brian assists the Human Resources branch of shared services by coordinating the accounting, billing and renewal of the group insurance plans.  Additionally, Brian partners with the Hospitality Management Division on asset management by overseeing and facilitating the accounting for property capital expenditures and capital reserve accounts.  Brian has a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University and a strong analytical and organizational background that is a great asset to Emerald and that will compliment future growth.


Gina Bilakginabilak


Gina joined Emerald Hospitality in 2016 with experience in the Finance and Accounting field.  Gina works closely with each hotel’s General Manager to prepare the monthly financial statements and provides support for the financial accounting system.  Prior to Emerald Hospitality, Gina worked for a publicly traded company reviewing and analyzing financial statements for company mergers and acquisitions and coordinating general ledger and operational system transitions.


Jill Urich


Jill joined Emerald Hospitality in early 2018 after being in public accounting for the last ten years.  While in public accounting, she served as the primary contact for the clients and prepared year end entries, financial statements, and tax returns for the business clients in various states.  She also provided consulting services to her clients in the form of valuing their businesses when clients expressed interest in selling and analyzing their financial information for variances from year to year.  Prior to public accounting, she worked for several years in the accounting department for a privately owned commercial real estate company where she gained experience in nearly every facet of accounting.  She earned a BSBA from Bowling Green State University with a dual major in accounting and human resources and holds a CPA license in the state of Ohio.  Jill supports the accounting functions and heads some of the various tax filings.
