CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Jennifer DeLuca serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Emerald Hospitality Associates. In this role, Jennifer oversees all matters pertaining to Human Resources, such as talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefit administration, employee engagement, training and development, workers compensation, and unemployment. She is actively involved with the on boarding process during new hotel acquisitions and openings. Additionally, Jennifer is responsible for local, state, and federal compliance in all employment related matters for Emerald Hospitality’s portfolio of properties.
Jennifer has been a part of Emerald Hospitality’s team since 2008. She brought with her over fifteen years of hospitality experience. Prior to her career with Emerald Hospitality, she worked for Royal Caribbean International, DoubleTree Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Jennifer is a strong human resources generalist with a focus on employee engagement, and has a real passion for hospitality.
HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Bridget is a 2015 graduate of the University of Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management. Bridget then worked in the fast-paced gaming industry as a Human Resources Generalist at a local Cleveland company, Jack Entertainment before joining Emerald in 2016. She comes to us with experience with training, benefit administration, associate engagement, HRIS, communications, and recruiting.
