VICE PRESIDENT OF REVENUE GENERATION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Lori Berhent serves as the Vice President of Revenue Generation and Business Development for Emerald Hospitality Associates. In this role, she oversees revenue management, sales and eCommerce efforts for each of the Emerald managed hotels. Her primary responsibility is to maximize top line revenues for owners/investors by engaging the Revenue Generation team in strategizing and implementing targeted plans followed by measuring success and adjusting course as needed.
As a seasoned hospitality veteran, Lori brings to Emerald vast sales, marketing and revenue management experience from both a group & transient perspective. Lori cultivated her hospitality knowledge in a variety of leadership roles including Director of Catering & Convention Services, Director of Sales as well as General Manager with Marriott International and Starwood branded properties. She has been recognized by the Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau as Sales Pro of the Year.
REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF REVENUE GENERATION
Jeanne is responsible for the overall sales efforts for the Emerald Hospitality hotels located in the Northeast Region. Over the years, she has worked diligently to acquire the knowledge necessary to balance the demands of multiple properties, management companies and owners in a productive fashion. Her passion for sales and her strengths in operations helps her to create effective and rewarding sales systems to satisfy all parties. This has resulted in successful and profitable hotels. She works to nurture a productive, profitable culture amongst the sales teams using the coaching and mentoring skills attained in her extensive hospitality career.
REGIONAL REVENUE MANAGER
Stacy joined Emerald Hospitality in 2017, bringing nearly 20 years of hotel experience with Hilton, Choice, and Radisson branded properties. Stacy has held numerous positions in the hospitality industry, including Guest Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Revenue Management. Stacy has a passion for Revenue Management. As a Director Revenue Management, Stacy has been nominated for Revenue Manager of the Year twice and won the honor in 2008 for assisting her properties in excellent year-over-year market share gains. Currently, Stacy is responsible for driving revenue and market share results for Hilton-branded hotels in both regions of Emerald as the company expands countrywide.
AREA REVENUE MANAGER
Melissa joined the Emerald team in 2017, after 12 years at our own Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown. She brings with her almost 20 years of hospitality experience with Hilton and Marriott. Melissa led the sales effort as the Director of Sales in Freeport and has specialized in sales and revenue management throughout her career in the industry. She is engaging with our properties in New England, New York, and Michigan to aid their teams in attaining their revenue and market share goals.
Marko is responsible for eCommerce for the Hilton-branded hotels in Emerald’s portfolio. He has worked internationally as the general manager of two hotels in Croatia and has more than ten years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
Marko adds value by developing and monitoring the online presence and online revenue generation of Emerald hotels. He does this through coaching onsite associates and implementing various channels of online distribution and digital analytics. Marko graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology where he built his foundation in the marketing and hospitality industry.
Marko also has a passion for traveling, social media, online advertising, marketing, and photography.
